In an effort to mark the 14th anniversary of Damien going missing, his family has been given the opportunity to rent a billboard in the heart of Newport, Isle of Wight in an attempt to appeal for information. Damien went missing November 2, 1996 from Cowes High Street, Isle of Wight, England. We hope that this will encourage anyone who may have knowledge of what happened to come forward to help the family find a resolution to what is an endless grief.
